Junior HR (Internship)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for our HR Internship program at EpicMinds IT. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth of our talented team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
  2. Employee Onboarding:
    • Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring new hires have a seamless integration into the company culture.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops, ensuring employees have access to continuous learning opportunities.
  4. Employee Engagement:
    • Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  5. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Assist in maintaining HR records, updating employee information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  6. Communication:
    • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.

Duration:

3-month internship with the possibility of Job offer based on performance.

Stipend:

₹10,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday 
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
