Business Development Executive (Internship)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and proficiency in Kannada or Hindi (a plus). As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up calls, and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
  2. Follow-up Calls:
    • Conduct follow-up calls to prospects to understand their requirements and introduce our services/products.
    • Maintain a systematic follow-up process to convert leads into clients.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Sales Pitch and Presentation:
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
    • Customize presentations based on client requirements and feedback.
  5. Market Research:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
  6. Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of sales data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Timings: 10AM -7PM
Salary: ₹ 10,000
