Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and proficiency in Kannada or Hindi (a plus). As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up calls, and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
- Follow-up Calls:
- Conduct follow-up calls to prospects to understand their requirements and introduce our services/products.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up process to convert leads into clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Pitch and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Customize presentations based on client requirements and feedback.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of sales data.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Timings: 10AM -7PM
Salary: ₹ 10,000
