Job Summary:
We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a US IT Recruiter. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong English skills who is eager to gain experience in the field of IT recruitment. This internship involves working on a night shift schedule, from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential IT candidates through various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills.
- Interview Coordination: Help schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients to provide updates and gather information.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Database Management: Support in managing candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and IT roles.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports on recruitment activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen interest in IT recruitment and a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on a night shift schedule (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
